Retail Leaderboard Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern participation in the Retail Leaderboard Program ("Program") administered on behalf of KTM North America, Inc. ("KTM Group"). By participating in the Program, you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions and any additional rules applicable to individual incentive programs.
1. Eligibility
Participation is limited to eligible employees of authorized KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles, and GASGAS dealerships that are approved to participate in the Program.
Eligible participants may include sales associates, sales managers, finance managers, and other dealership personnel approved by KTM Group.
Participants must maintain an active Retail Leaderboard account and be associated with an eligible dealership at the time of the retail sale and claim submission.
2. Eligible Dealerships
Only authorized participating KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles, and GASGAS dealerships are eligible.
Eligibility may vary by brand, business unit, location, or individual promotion. KTM Group reserves the right to determine dealership eligibility for each incentive program.
3. Eligible Products
Only products specifically identified within an active incentive program qualify for rewards.
Eligible products, incentive amounts, promotional periods, and program requirements may vary by promotion, brand, market, or model.
Products sold outside an active promotional period are not eligible.
4. Incentive Program Periods
Each incentive program has a defined start date and end date.
To qualify for an incentive, the eligible retail sale must occur during the published promotional period for that specific incentive program.
5. Claim Submission
Claims must be submitted within thirty (30) days of the qualifying retail sale.
Claims submitted after the submission deadline may be denied, even if the sale occurred during the promotional period.
Each incentive program may have different eligibility requirements, products, incentive amounts, and promotional dates. Participants are responsible for reviewing the details of each program before submitting claims.
6. Required Claim Information
Participants may be required to provide information including, but not limited to:
- Participant name
- Dealership name
- Brand and model
- VIN or serial number
- Retail sale date
- Proof of sale, invoice, warranty registration, or other supporting documentation
- Any additional information requested by KTM Group or the Program Administrator
Incomplete, inaccurate, or illegible submissions may be denied or returned for correction.
7. Claim Validation
All claims are subject to review and validation.
Claims may be verified using dealer sales records, warranty registrations, VIN records, invoices, dealer reporting systems, or other approved verification methods.
Participants may be required to provide additional documentation if a claim cannot be verified.
Participants are responsible for ensuring they are properly identified as the salesperson within DealerNet or other applicable dealership systems before submitting claims.
8. Duplicate Claims
Each eligible VIN may only be submitted once per incentive program.
Claims submitted using a VIN that has already been approved or submitted will automatically be rejected unless the original claim has been reopened by KTM Group or the Program Administrator.
9. Claim Approval
All claims are reviewed by KTM Group or its Program Administrator.
Approved claims will result in the applicable incentive being credited to the participant's Retail Leaderboard account.
Claims may be denied for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Sale occurred outside the promotional period
- Claim submitted after the deadline
- Product was not eligible
- VIN or serial number could not be validated
- Duplicate submission
- Incomplete or inaccurate information
- Missing or invalid documentation
- Participant or dealership was not eligible
10. Incentives
Incentive values vary by promotion and product.
Rewards are earned only after claim approval.
KTM Group reserves the right to adjust, reverse, withhold, or remove incentives if a claim is determined to be invalid, fraudulent, submitted in error, or otherwise in violation of these Terms & Conditions.
11. Wallet and Redemption
Approved incentives will be credited to the participant's Retail Leaderboard wallet.
Available redemption options, processing times, minimum redemption amounts, fees, and availability may change without notice.
Participants are responsible for maintaining accurate account information required for redemption.
12. Tax Requirements
Participants may be required to complete applicable tax documentation before redeeming incentives.
Failure to provide required tax information may delay or prevent redemption of earned rewards.
Participants are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, provincial, local, and other taxes arising from participation in the Program.
13. Returns and Reversals
If a qualifying sale is cancelled, returned, reversed, refunded, or otherwise determined to be ineligible, any associated incentive may be removed from the participant's account.
If the incentive has already been redeemed, KTM Group reserves the right to recover the value of the incentive or offset it against future rewards.
14. Fraud and Program Abuse
Submitting false, altered, misleading, duplicate, or fraudulent claims, or attempting to manipulate the Program in any manner, may result in claim denial, forfeiture of incentives, account suspension, permanent disqualification from the Program, and any other remedies available under applicable law.
KTM Group reserves the right to audit claims, request supporting documentation, and investigate suspected abuse at any time.
15. Program Modifications
KTM Group reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, individual incentive programs, eligibility requirements, promotional periods, incentive values, redemption options, submission deadlines, or these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
16. Final Determination
All decisions regarding eligibility, claim approval, incentive awards, program interpretation, and enforcement of these Terms & Conditions are made by KTM Group or its designated Program Administrator and are final.
17. Questions
Questions regarding eligibility, claims, rewards, or the Program should be submitted through the Retail Leaderboard support resources available on the Program website.
18. Confidentiality
Program materials, incentive information, communications, and related documentation are intended solely for authorized dealership personnel.
Distribution or disclosure of confidential Program materials outside the dealership or to unauthorized individuals may result in removal from the Program or other appropriate action.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KTM Group, its affiliates, and its Program Administrator shall not be liable for technical failures, delayed submissions, lost data, unauthorized account access, or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program.
20. Acceptance
By creating an account, submitting a claim, redeeming rewards, or otherwise participating in the Retail Leaderboard Program, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
